Frequently asked questions :

1. How far are you located from the pistes  ? Between  10 meters and 1,500 meters . Our accommodation location varies. However no apartment is more than about 1500 meters to the piste. Please see map here : For apartments that aren't ski-in and ski-out , a FREE bus picks you up from directly outside your accommodation and takes you to the slopes in Tärnaby or in Hemavan. ( You just need to present your lift card to the bus driver )
2. Do you accept pets in our Guest house ? NO we do not.
3. Do you  accept pets in our Apartments ?  NO we do not ( however some exceptions may apply. Always ask ) .
4.  Do your apartments have kitchens ? Yes.
5. Can we smoke in apartments ? Absolutely NOT !
6. Can you pick us up from the bus station ? Yes, when we're available and if pre-arranged. When you book, we usually ask if you are arriving by bus . If we forget to ask you this question, please ask us
7. Can you pick us up from the airport ? There is a direct SuperShuttle service  available that brings you to our Guesthouse. If you are staying in apartments, we will drive you to your apartment after you check-in at our reception.

9. Are there busses that can take us between Hemavan and Tärnaby ski slopes.  Yes during the peak ski season, a bus picks you up from directly outside our guesthouse.

11. What time can I check in to my apartment or room ? After 15.00 ( you may be able to leave you bags before this time )
12. When do I need to check out ? Before 11 am ( You can store your bags in our ski room if you wish )
13. What times do you serve breakfast ? Only during summer months Between 8 and 10 am. ( You must book the night before )
14. Do we have to book or can we just 'drop-in ' ? Booking is always preferred.  In the warmer touring months between early June until the end of August, drop-ins are welcome . However,  between September and the end of May, we only accept guests who have booked in advance. So sorry, no drop-ins during these colder months.
